Dr. René Günther

Dr. René Günther is a German Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney. He represents and advises clients across various industries before the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO), the European Patent Office (EPO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the German Federal Patent Court, and the Federal Court of Justice (in patent nullity proceedings).

In patent infringement cases before German civil courts, he regularly collaborates with specialized attorneys at law. He is also deeply involved in trademark and design litigation, often working alongside the firm’s legal experts. René Günther skillfully combines technical and non-technical intellectual property rights to provide clients with the most comprehensive protection for their innovations.
