Franz Josef Schöniger is a highly experienced Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney. He specializes in advising and representing clients in the fields of information and telecommunication technology before the German and European Patent Offices, the Federal Patent Court, and the Federal Court of Justice (in patent nullity proceedings).
